Elderberry Syrup

1 oz. of elderberries
1 pinch of cinnamon and cloves
1 quart water
honey

Boil elderberries in a quart of water with cinnamon and cloves until reduced by half. Strain.

Add as much honey (approx. 2 cups) as you have juice.

Refrigerate for up to 6 months
